Smoothie à la grenade et à la betterave
Ce smoothie est un excellent stimulant pour la santé. Il regorge de vitamines et de minéraux et saura vous remplir d'énergie.
Ingrédients
- 70 g (½ tasse) de cubes de glace
- ½ (30 g) petite betterave
- 3 g (2 cuillères à soupe de feuilles de persil fraîches
- ⅓ tasse (10 g) d’épinards frais
- 1 cuillère à thé de racine de gingembre frais en tranches de ½ cm (1/8 po)
- ½ orange, pelée et coupée en deux
- ¼ citron, pelé
- 120 ml (½ tasse) de jus de grenade
Instructions
- Mettre tous les ingrédients dans le récipient Vitamix dans l'ordre indiqué, puis verrouiller la base de lame.
- Sélectionner la Variable 1.
- Démarrer l'appareil, augmenter graduellement la vitesse jusqu'au maximum et mélanger pendant 45 secondes.
Remarques du chef
Ce smoothie convient particulièrement aux femmes enceintes puisqu'il est riche en acide folique, en vitamine C et en d'autres nutriments essentiels.

This is one of my favorite beet-based recipes, balanced flavor, fresh. The blend of fruits and vegetables provide me with my daily shot of essential nutrients. I add additional ginger to further boost my immune system. Highly recommend.

Yummy! (with less giner)
Really enjoyed this smoothie, although the amount of fresh ginger suggested was a bit much for me. I cut the ginger down to a quarter of the amount suggested and it was perfect. Will definitely keep this in rotation.
