Chef's Notes

  • The greater the variety of plants we eat, the greater diversity of nutrients we feed our body.  This simple smoothie offers 4 different fruits all loaded with a unique set of vitamins and minerals.  Plus, the kombucha, a fermented food, adds an extra probiotic punch. The blending power of Vitamix can even pulverize blackberry seeds, resulting in a smooth, sippable consistency.
