Superfood Morning Smoothie Bowl
Start your day with this smoothie bowl that is not only delicious but full of nutritious ingredients.
- ½ cup (120 ml) mango nectar
- ⅓ cup (55 g) frozen mango chunks
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger root, 1/8" slice
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1 Tablespoon flaxseed oil
- 1 Tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
- Place all the ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the blade base.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 30 seconds.
Garnish with fresh raspberries and hemp seeds. Add the lid and you can take your smoothie bowl with you to work.
